An elephant trap :hmmm:

Maybe but one way or another we're going to get a General Election, if its not by a vote of no confidence this week it'll be the new parliament queens speech being voted down :biker:

Plus the so called purge of rebels is an indication you cant have candidates that wont/dont like or support yer manifesto etc. so I dont understand the apparent shock/outrage. :dunno:

Not that I can see any clear winner of any general election :Isay:

What do the MP's want?

No to current deal, No to no deal, No to vote again, No to general election.

It is like nobody wants to say yes to anything so they can point the blame

They’d have been perfectly ok with leaving the EU and staying part of the Customs Union and Single Market.

You know, the kind of deal that Leave actually campaigned on. ;)

Libs are the only party that have been consistently clear they want to ignore the democratic vote to leave the EU & revoke Article 50.

Labour via the leadership have done nothing other than force through a general election..................until now  Not that I blame them for the deal no going through that blame is entirely down to Tory jihads :whatever:

I've suspected revoking Article 50 would be the outcome for months & with the vote soon to be enshrined in law that we cant leave without a deal revoking looks even more likely.

No doubt that outcome will please as many people it angers but ........................................ :WTF:

What a bunch of self indulging egoistic undemocratic cunts :dead:

Undemocratic because the result of one advisory referendum corrupted by foreign money, illegal campaigning and stolen voter data trumps 400 years of representative parliamentary democracy?

I thought you Leavers yearned for Parliamentary sovereignty? ;)

Labour want to negotiate a new deal and have a referendum that will support a remain result.

Nice one Tom

This appears to be Labours position:

1. Renegotiate a deal.

2. Hold a referendum on that deal.

3. Campaign to Remain in that referendum.

All makes perfect sense :baseball:

Now we legally cant leave without a deal I'd of thought this was highly unlikely as revoking Article 50 would kick in as the only legal outcome :dunno: and that's the scenario the Remainer jihads have been aiming for imho :Isay:

I've doubts a General Election would have made things any clearer but we should be having one. :spliff:

I suspect the Supreme Court will save Boris's arse next week :beglee:, based on politicians should keep there nose out the judiciary & the judiciary should keep out of politics :oldgit:

Not sure how I managed to miss this bull shit :hmmm:

As far as I know all the leave camps advocated leaving the customs union & single market so 'we' could do 'our' own trade deals but feel free to post any links that disputes that. :biker:

Apparently, Dave's hugely depressed :cry1: , poor chap but he's not sorry he held the referendum :dunno:

Thanks to him & Osbourne the reputation of economic experts are in tatters. :Isay:

Those who were frightened into voting remain cos they believed the bull-shit spun by Osbourne are probably just as dismissive as those of us who smelt the bull shit from the start. :hmmm:

But it's not without risk for a party with the word "democrat" in its name to promise to overturn the result of a referendum without putting that question to the electorate again. :WTF:

Shower of shit say the people have the right to have another say but vote against a general election

Should be reported for breaking the Trade Descriptions Act & banned from using the word Democrat. :oldgit:

Yeah, already seen it posted at the library comrade

The only chicken on view was the Luxembourg PM who didn't have the balls to say what he said in front of Boris which he could have had he moved the press conference inside. :whatever:

I agree with Chuka about Corbyn :agree1:

Surely at some point someone' will ask him how he can jump from a party that advocates ID cards, a DNA database etc to a party that has polar opposite views :hmmm:

Personally I dont have a problem with either as long I'm not expected to pay the cost of an I D card & I'm in the nothing to hide camp argument re a DNA database :biker:

Scots Nats will hammer her hypercritical view on not allowing a 2nd independence vote but championing at least a 2nd EU referendum :spliff:

“A no-deal outcome would be very damaging for Ireland,” he said. “If one looks, for example, 40 percent of their exports go through Dover.

True but there's a very easy solution to goods going either way to & from Ireland. A customs seal put on at source & only broken at destination means they could be waved through in & out of Dover & that really shouldn't be too difficult to arrange. :hmmm:

I realise the above is an old link but I heard Barclay repeat it yesterday( I think).

Labour have voted on staying neutral.

They’re unelectable at the moment. They stand for nothing.

They voted based on raising a hand and wasn’t even clear cut on what they were to raise their hand for as the committee were even sure who won
