Using a very complex bit of code and formulaic projection ( :biker: ) IF you want to win this thing you need to be scoring 215 points by the end of this round, with 23 transfers left. If you work off that, who is in good shape?

I have the precise total of 3 teams that will be there or there abouts including the £20 cash league.

480 points to win it I reckon.

Just off track but got to keep hitting 7 point gains for each transfer you make so only just off the pace imo. A lot obviously depends on the round of 16 and any shoot outs - then you could be more than in the mix.

The good news, I'm already on 215 points :woot:

The bad news, I've not got 23 transfers left  :biker: :oldgit:

I'm on 213 with 26 left. Was only planning on at most a transfer per day till end of group stage.

Not as well as you :sheepshag: :oldgit:

What wrong with yer Ronaldo team 215 pts :hmmm: :dunno:

Only got 16 left. While likely gamble with a team like Chile with this team and hope they cause a surprise.

218 with 20t now my best. Quiet day I reckon bar Ronaldo

I certainly wouldn't discount this teams chances :hmmm: :oldgit: The way some of the results have been going, holding on to transfers may not result in loads of points :WTF: :oldgit:

I don't see how having 24+ transfers and not being in the 200's means you can win.

I might be wrong..

But once you hit the knockouts I can't see loads of clean sheets so you'll be hoping for goals/assists.
But that'll already be covered by teams above you.
Messi,Neymar,RVP,Robben...etc!

you're gonna need to bang in players in the hope that none else got them.

Nope!!..points on the board early doors a no brainer for me. :agree1:

It will take an absolute miracle for France not to top their group tonight. Messi to Benzema a good 2 for 0

I dropped a bollock today, played golf and didn't bring Messi in.

Good loss, didn't do prior to team news as was sure he wouldn't start.

I'm quietly confident of a real good show in this now. Just got to not drop any stupid bollocks.
