binky wrote:right then coonties

binky 14 has 4 transfers and team is public in our league

would you go for argie block and hope for 2 cleanies and poss pens or just put in romero and higuain and then swap 2 play off losers for 2 in the final

Hi Binky,

The second choice covers the pens and Higuain might be a differential...so sounds good.

I've got 1 argie and 3 Holland. In a twisted logic I'm hoping for Argentina to win and Germany to bum them in the final.

This would leave my 3 Holland players to bum Brazil in the playoffs :hmmm:

I'm no in this league Binky but having the same sort of dilemma's for my team trying to hold on to top in £20 league :WTF: :WTF: :WTF:

3 transfers left and not got a f ing scooby what to do.. Liverpool team of the early 80's had less perms!!

The one thing I'm not doing is going near Higuain - yes, he scored in last game but doesnt fill me with any confidence of points. :blind:

Good luck

Good luck Binky with the block.

My top team is 20 points off top 5...but as I'm out of transfers it's just a case of sit back and hope

Team in 50th place has 3 Dutch and Messi.
Team on 466 has Argie Keeper and defender with Messi and Higuain up front.

It's in the lap of the gods now :Gun:

Missus already claimed that, but am hoping to get in at least one Binky.

Probably the Double Tommy one.

can't stretch to centurions which is a shame.
